Am I dreaming, or was the best part of this performance giving the audience the Funk Brothers CD and DVD? Did I miss something?
What a dud, in my opinion. Who were those people singing and playing (not the ones in the blue jackets)??
Sheeeeeet.....I hope the Bros got paid for this one!!
I would like to read other opinions from those who saw the show; maybe I didn't have enough juice this morning and my brain malfuctioned and it was a great performance???

Exactly WHO were those backup singers? Oh brother (no pun intended Ed) give me a break!! A real dud, if you ask me!! I was just glad that I FINALLY got to see Joe Hunter. Except for a nanno-second his presence on American Idol was lacking!! I agree with you; I just hope the Funks got paid for this one!!
Don't worry Ed, I had enough lattes in me to know a dud when I see one!!

According to the listings on the local Detroit Wayne Brady station (WXYZ 7) the Funks show is on at 1:30 am, Friday night/Sat morning.
