Label was owned by Ms.Navarro...and the Arctic label is the one with the Cadillacs on it, Mel.

That was the same Jesse Powell, who was an orchestra leader on many R&B records in the '50s, and a prolific songwriter. I believe Esther Navarro was the manager of The Cadillacs. She wrote many of their songs, including the very famous "Gloria", that all the streetcorner doowop groups used to sing. I'm sure that Arctic label with the Cadillacs was NOT the Philadelphia label, but was located in New York.
