:) The one he sounds much like Jackie on.

Honestly I'm not familiar with the others, tho' there is one really good one I heard Felix Hernandez play once on his Rhythm Revue radio program but can't remember the name of it. Darn!

I agree that "Jamie" could have just as easily been Jackie Wilson. Eddie's intonations in that song are spot-on. I imagine, after having penned and produced so many sides for Wilson, Gordy was hoping to groom Eddie as Motown's own version of Jackie, but when the record didn't hit big, Eddie veered off into his own style.

"Leaving Here" tops my own list. I love the male/female call/response bit the Rayber Singers do in the background. (I'm only ASSUMING that's the Rayber Singers.)

1. Take Me In Your Arms (Rock Me A Little While), his version blows the others away.

2. Just Ain't Enough Love (his original is better than the Isley's remake)

3. Leaving Here (should have been a monster)

4. Candy To Me

5. I Couldn't Cry If I Wanted To (never liked the Temptations' version but love Eddie's.

"Jamie" didn't make my list, it's o.k., but the song never knocked me off my feet.
