my mom went in the hospital for a procedure that was simple
in order to check her lungs, they over
sedated her and she had to be brought

Your mother is in my prayers! The same thing happened to my mother last summer. She had fluid in her lungs and was going to have surgery to remove the fluid and scar tissue. Well, as soon as they started to administer the anaesthesia, my mom had a reaction and her heart stopped. She was revived and had a miraculous recovery. It was very traumatic for me and my family but my mother is doing better now. I will pray that your mother pulls through too.

well my fellow forum family, thanks for all
the prayers and support you gave me at a pretty
scary time in my life.my mom had that lung
test to see if there was a tumor there,the
test came back to show there was a cancerous
tumor on her lungs that traveled to her
brain.and just to think she never smoked
a day in her life. at 86 years of age her
doctor said that happens sometime when
a person ages.on a scale of cancer stages
from 1 to 4. she is a 2. she gets to come
home today and take her radiation treatment.
the doctors said to take her home and love her.
she should be with us for some years.i just
wanted you all to know that smoking is
not the only reason for lung cancer, it does
happen with age. my mind drifts back to my
singing in the choirs and looking out in the audience and seeing my mama with a hanky in her hand waving smiling and looking at me saying
SANNNNNGGGGGGGGGG BABY. thanks for you prayers
again and i'll truly say i love you guys.

I sort of feel what you are going through. My mom is 83, and has 99% of the back artery of her heart blocked, and 96% of three others. I had a brother that just droped dead Feb. 29, 2004, and a daughter that passed Sept. 13 1999, and step-daughter passed Sept 13, 2000. In 1996 my husband had surgery for cancer of the esophagus.
But through it all I still lean and depend on God.
You and your family will be in my pryaers, I will give your name at my church for prayer. Keep your hand in the hand of the man that stilled the waters.
