Whatever happened to this westcoast based group? Earl Foster was a wicked lead singer. What was the connection to Difosco on Roxbury ?

Hello Cornbread.

You're really dragging them up today aren't you. I used to have a 45 by TRIBE on U.K. ABC but sadly it "disappeared" years back.

Wasn't DISCOFISCO another name for BIG DEE ERWIN/DEE ERVIN?

I think I have three LP's by that group, "Ethnic Stew", another one "Tribal Bumpin" but I can't remember the name of the third one...

Dee Ervin aka Big Dee Irwin aka DiFosco (Ervin)
was Tribe's producer.

The last I heard of Tribe was that they moved to the Farr label (which Ervin was involved in)
after being dropped by ABC - I've no idea where
they are now.
