I am one of the daughters of Barney Perkins. My neighbor was on the forum when you discussed Remebering Barney Perkins. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kind words of his talent. It brought tears of joy to my eyes and a smile to my heart.

Somebody besides my sisters and me remember and knew my daddy! I was looking at his obituary the other day thinking it's hard to believe that he's been away for ten years!

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Although, we still have the pearls of his gifted talent in some of best music ever made its nice to know that his work wasn't done in vain and neither is his memory.
