I guess no matter what we/anyone say about Diana Ross, the Diva is just that and still obviously has the touch.

Billboard magazine gave a glowing report of her performance in Dublin.

A girl in my office saw her in Glasgow on Sunday night and said she was fantastic.

I saw Diana in Newcastle last week and as usual put on a fantastic show of over 2hours. One enjoyable aspect was during the first half she sang full length versions of the Supremes hits and songs she does not always perform eg Love Child, Reflections and My World is Empty Without You. During the second half see did a brilliant version of "The Boss" the reaction from the audience was brilliant and she seemed moved by the response. I have read other very favourable reviews of her shows and she did close her show by saying she will come back again. Its good to see Diana getting appreciation of her talent and positive reviews instead of the recent negativity and lies.
Cheers

It's great to know Diana is getting the uplifting she needs at this time regarding her fame and ability.

I've not seen Diana since she left the Supremes (that I can remember). If she were to tour with Mary and Cindy, I would be in the front row. But I know that's an "impossible dream."

Vickie, you are truly, truly an optimistic person. With your type of faith, I believe that you'll will this into happening. It would be nice to see, very nice to see.

Glad Miss Ross is getting her life back together.Hey we all have problems.I'd love to see a reunion of Mary ,Cindy and Diana its 40 years since Where did our love go hit the charts.I was a young kid when the song came out but still a big fan after all these years.I would however like us fans to stop these "rip off groups of phony Supremes"( and there are several goups)from touring and earning a living off the hard work of Mary,Flo and Diana. These women kicked a lot of doors down for many people in the music business.
Long live the Supremes

What kind of backing band is Diana using on this tour? Love Child et al take some replicating live.

we must know that any & everything man can do is "NEVER" impossible/and can be undone...

What the Almighty can do (which is all things),it can "NEVER B changed or undone

...and with the Almighty "ALL" things are possible~~The Almight specializes in things that seem impossible.
AMEN~
hope y'all don't mind me adding that sentiment.

I am very hopeful that Diana Ross, Mary Wilson and Cindy Birdsong will reunite and do a world tour as the "real" Supremes! I would embrace this reunion and I am certainly praying for that to come true. Pride is the downfall of so many. Unforgiveness is sin and we're all guilty of too much of both of these two weaknesses that destroy dreams. The Velvelettes continue to pray for this miracle reunion of the Supremes as we knew them.

Saw her in Paris Olympia at the beginning of the month. In the intimate atmosphere of Olympia she cooked! The first half she did almost all her Supremes hits as they should be done. The second half she did her solo career. Four costume changes, a fantastic intro coming in through the audience to the stage. The crowd loved her, after Chain Reaction they refused to stop applauding. she had to plead after five minutes to let her sing again. She seemed warmer amd more relaxed than in the past. Her figure is still fantastic, wow i could go on all night!!!
Cal, when are the Velvelettes coming to Paris? we'd love to see you!

Reunion?: Diana Ross & The Supremes (Mari & Cindy)

"The Happening", as in renunion, could take place this Sun. eve, April 4, for the "Motown 45" show, which is being filmed before a live audience in L.A. A long-anticipated D.R.S. reunion would be the show stand-out by far. This will have a great "Chain Reaction" and benefit all of the classic Motown performing artists. Airing of "M-45" will be Monday, May 17, 2004.

Wonderful that Cal Street, lead singer of The Velvelettes, wrote in above with the true Motown stance: a D.R.S. reunion would be real Motown.
Speaking of Motown girl groups, Martha Reeves & The Vandellas will be on "M-45" in full and original form. "Bless You" Martha!
