Johnny&the Hurricanes records usually were composed by T.King& I.Mack I,m guessing they did this for tax purpose,s or other shall we say under the counter reasons.T.king was Harry& I.mack was Irving. There office was on Alexanderine just west of Woodward. It was called Artists Incorporated.Harry was allways cool & upbeat with his pork-pie hat cocked on the back of his head. Irving was like a mean truant officer.By that Imean no disrespect just he didn,t have much humor with us in the Hurricnes. Irving would always tell us to respect our parents &buy them nice things with our substantial earnings!!! One Christmas I was a little short of cash & went in to Irvings office to see if I could get a cash advance on future earnings to buy my mother something expensive for x-mas.Irving said KID! You,ll have to learn how to manage your money better I,m not your banker!!!This from a guy who robbed the Hurricanes blind!!! When we were on tour after that whenever one of the Hurricanes was short of cash,we would say Kid I,m not your banker,ECT.ECT. and start laughing. Some good tmes &not so good times.

Don't think so - as far as I know Jack Scott's
early stuff was produced by Jack Carlton the
owner of the Carlton label who'd previously been
a staff producer for ABC.
