They are all from 55-59,& yes the one is on Belle Isle. I hope someone from here knows who they are. I've got hundreds of people you all know too. Just let me know who you want to see. I'll put up 6 more tomorrow to be ID. The book should be out at least by August. I've already started on the 2nd one,which will be more in-depth. Then I'm doing one called "On The Road With Alan Freed". I just hope I have enough time for all of this!

I am not sure but something tells me that the second pic might be The Dayz and Knights. If it is , they worked a midwest tour with us when I played with Len Barry. I have some photos of the D. and K. that I can cross reference to when I get back to Philly.

Here is a story you might enjoy. The Royaltones were going to New York to do a recording session and we decided to drive and Duke Browner came along with us in the same car. During the same period the civil rights movement had just started and the first sit in had just taken place in Alabama. We were on the Pennsylvania Turnpike and we stoped to eat at a Howard Johnson's restaurant. Duke and I had been talking about the sit in so we decided we would do a lay down and as we were leaving the restaurant we layed down in the lobby. It was funny because nobody paid attention and just kept walking around us so we got up and went on our way.

What I was trying to say, in an amusing way (ok so nobody smiled!!) was what if anything goes wrong on this site, when you are away, what do we have to do.
