Love her backing group's version of "Tell him", as by The Drew-Vels...but their best track is "It's my time", also on Capitol, IMO.
I've got a cracking vintage trade advert for Patti - I'll have to dig it out for you.

What ever happenned to Patti Drew? Is she still around. Patti is a great talent who should have been an R&B/Pop superstar!! Tell Him is a great record, it should have been a much bigger hit.
Tell Him was a big hit in the Philly area in 1967. DJ Don Tandler from WKXW FM (New Jersey 101.5) played Tell Him several times a few years back.
